Library Academic Advisory Council (LAAC)
This collection has a number of meeting minutes for the LAAC. It also has a number of files that deal different issues and policies that the Council has reviewed such as: library reorganization, tenure/promotion, salary equity, and announcing of positions.

This collection has a number of monthly reports. It also includes a mixture of files that deal with the audio visual department like: memos policies, index to films, and some newsletters.

This collection contains a number of statistics, records, and accession books that cover 1923-1984 pertaining to the Library Bibliographic Control Department.

This collection consists of the Library Humanities Department correspondence including monthly and annual reports, memos, serials, etc.
Library Technical Services- Associate Director
The Library Technical Services- Associate Director collection contains the departmetns committee minutes, memos, correspondence, etc. Dating from 1968-1982, the collection provides details of technical services departments.
Loulein Harris Papers
These papers, comprising mostly biographical news clippings and correspondence with Texas libraries, were transferred from an ETRC vertical file.
Mildred Hancock Library Scrapbook Collection
The Mildred Hancock Library Scrapbooks contain pictures and information about the Ralph W. Steen Library located on the SFASU campus. The scrapbooks date from the 1980s and 1990s and have pictures from library functions to the construction work performed in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
Ralph Wright Steen Papers
Ralph W. Steen was a historian and former President of Stephen F. Austin State University. His collection includes correspondence, papers pertaining to Steen's work on the formula for state appropriations for higher education, a videocassette recording of the dedication of the Ralph W. Steen Library (1976), and a classroom lecture by Steen (1979).
