The collection contains many different types of brochures for a number of different types of students from general undergraduates, transfer student, international students, and opportunities for high school students.

This collection contains articles, magazines, maps, newsletters, photographs, magazines, pamphlets, and other published material relating to the China-Burma-India theater of World War II. The bulk of the collection consists of full and partial issues of the Hump Pilot's Association quarterly newsletter and the China-Burma-India Veteran Association's monthly magazine 'CBI Sound-Off'.

Other items include reports on sales and distribution of the Nacogdoches Historical Pamphlet; a list of major accomplishments, 1934-1937; a history of the Society by Miss Virgie Sanders; membership cards; a 1937 program; and invitations. These papers, which relate to Canterbury's business and professional life, are divided into broad general categories. Within the broad categories the papers are subdivided and arranged by types, such as correspondence, reports, pamphlets and speeches. The Collection contains approximately 1474 items.

This collection consists of student handbooks, office newsletters/publications, and some materials on different organizations at SFA.  Many of the organizations have announcements or invitations, constitutions and some of the fraternities and sororities have rush booklets.
