Scope and Contents

Hall had the bank pay his monthly rent in an office building in exchange for a) sending business their way in his capacity as secretary-treasurer of the Nacogdoches National Farm Loan Association (NNFLA) and treasurer of the Nacogdoches County Farm Bureau, and b) making sure as secretary-treasurer that all NNFLA vouchers drawn from the Federal Land Bank of Houston were cleared through the bank.
