The collection contains the official records of the Club including the constitution, by-laws, correspondence, minute books, and treasurer's book as well as newspaper clippings, yearbooks, and scrapbooks. Club members often annotated their yearbooks with changes to membership, programming, etc. that happened during the membership year. Multiple copies of a yearbook in the collection indicate that at least one of the copies is annotated with these updates. Additions to the collection are anticipated.
