This collection is made up materials from the different faculty advisors of Alpha Chi. The files span from 1925 up to 2005. The administrative files deal with the history of the chapter and rituals.  Correspondence covers memos and letters between faculty sponsors and students, as well as other advisors of different Alpha Chi Chapters.  Conferences and Meeting files relate to both national and regional meetings and conventions that Texas Sigma advisors attended.  Finances cover mostly budgets that the chapter had.  Publications consist of brochures, newsletters and the Alpha Chi Recorder.  Membership and requirement files are made up of lists of members, eliglble students, requests for certificates, and permanent registration cards.
