Rusk at Nacogdoches to his father-in-law General Benjamin Cleveland describing the town of Nacogdoches, agricultural prospects and how he is settling with McLaughlin over the latter’s debt. Rusk reassures Cleveland that his daughter’s needs, as well as Thomas’ business affairs, are in the capable hands of his brother David Rusk back in Georgia, c.2/1835
