The Library Associate Director Public Services collection contains minutes from different librarian committees. This includes: the public service committee minutes, serials committee minutes, collection development minutes and library self study minutes, etc.

The collection consists of professional, student and personal correspondence, Historical Commissions, Museums and other publications, speeches, cards, invitations, and other material.

The bulk of this collection is made up of proposals for grant funding for research and projects by SFA Faculty and Offices.  There are some other Administrative files as well as the newsletters during the various departments prior to ORSP.

There are six series in this collection: Administrative, Correspondence, Conferences and Meetings, Finances, Publications, and Membership and Recruitment.  Materials in these series are in chronoogical order.

This collection is arranged in chronological order into the following series: Mechanical Renovations, Interior Remodeling, Exterior Remodeling, New Buildings, Grounds Renovations, Mapping, Change Orders, Combination Projects and Demolitions and Budgets.

The collection consist of newsletters, campus wide recruitment materials, and video recordings of different events or people associated with campus. The newsletters are The Insider, This Week at SFA, and Faculty Focus.
