Copy of a 6/21/1870 letter from David Rusk at Nacogdoches to W. W. Grice in Wood Co. demanding that Grice remove a fence and crops on the five acres of land he has cultivated that legally belong to Rusk. A note at the end of the letter shows that Rusk agreed to rent the land in question to Grice, 12/30/1870*
