There are 34 account books (1912-1949), 22 day books (1915-1942), 9 cash books (1916-1951), 6 commercial accounts books (1931-1947), 3 order books (1929-1940), 3 check receipts books (1933-1944), a cotton purchasing account book (1928-1931), and a daily record of cash receipts book (1929, 1940).
