This collection was originally organized by the type of ledger book and the year and put on the shelf in the closed stacks. The spines of the ledgers did not have identifying information, however, so the collection was reorganized in 2022 to make it easier to find materials. Bankers boxes 1 to 4 are described at the folder-level and contain the smallest ledgers. Custom boxes 5 to 9 are described at the item-level and have medium-size ledgers. Custome boxes 10 to 17 are oversize, described at the item-level and contain the largest ledger books.
