With the purpose of sharing ideas and methods in family research, the society collects information on Nacogdoches County and surrounding areas to compile and preserve. The collection includes minutes, yearbooks, membership directories, scrapbooks, financial records, semi-annual publications, and miscellaneous papers.

The collection consists of pictures, newspaper clippings, club booklets, cookbooks, board minutes, lunch minutes, and financial reports.

These papers include the Nacogdoches Rotary Club's programs (Rotary Thunder) for the years 1945-2017. The collection also includes the Rotary Club's directory for the years 1982-1986, the constitution and by-laws of the Rotary Club, both of which were adopted on July 23, 1976.

Photographs from the Smith and Todd poultry hauling business. The collection includes images of the owners, aerial photographs of the farm, and pictures of the different trucks the company used over time.

The collection consists of original records including memos, correspondence, reports, specifications for a building, materials regarding applications for President of the University, tax receipts, papers relating to Keachi College business, and the Treasurer's Register.

This collection includes correspondence, Constitution, By-laws, certificates, membership applications, Annual Tour of Homes information, and other materials related to the Chapter. Genealogical and biographical information are also included.

Business ledger of an unknown general store likely located in Shelby County, Texas. The ledger lists customers' names, their purchases, the price of those purchases, and also has a customer index in the front.

This collection includes scrapbook pages, newspaper clippings and photocopies of newspaper clippings, photographs, original event brochures, and notebook inserts from various leaders and years of leadership within the organization.

Transcripts of court reportings. Most transcripts are from Angelina County, Texas. The most prominent cases are #24,654 Angelina Hardwood Lumber vs Prairie Producing Co. and #23,529 E. B. Kendrix vs Southern Pacific Transportation Company.

Records of the Texas Forestry Association from 1936 to 1993. Records include annual and spring meetings, committee reports, special programs as Tree Farm and Texas Reforestation, Project Learning Tree, as well as media files. Separate indexes have been prepared for important speeches given at meetings as well as photographs found in the collection.

The collection consists of membership directories, board of directors meeting minutes, treasurer’s reports, and a scrapbook. The scrapbook also has copies of the “1200 Chapter Chatter” newsletter, 1998-1999.
