Legg General Store Collection
The Legg General Store collection contains books of accounts received as well as receipt books. There is also included a letter sent from Andy’s nephew, Lalonde Legg who was stationed overseas during World War I, to Andy in 1918. Included are land and warranty deeds, as well as oil, gas, and mineral leases.
A. W. De Berry Law Practice Collection
The account book of A. W. De Berry is for his law practice in Carthage, Panola County, Texas, 1871-1873. It lists the names of De Berry's clients, the legal services he provided to them, and the fees De Berry charged for his work.
