The scrapbooks contain information and activities of the Henry C. Hancock Chapter.

Photocopy of the Treaty of Velasco, menus, wine lists and regulations of The Velasco Hotel, material relating to the Brazos River Channel and Dock Company and to the Velasco Improvement Company.

The collection includes the original handwritten or typed minutes and mailing list from each meeting. Photocopies have been made of all originals and are located at the end of the collection. A total of 139 photos relating to World War I are included in the collection.

This collection of 13 receipt books from the Swift Brothers and Smith Inc. drugstore covers the years from 1950 to 1960 (excluding 1954).

The Legg General Store collection contains books of accounts received as well as receipt books. There is also included a letter sent from Andy’s nephew, Lalonde Legg who was stationed overseas during World War I, to Andy in 1918. Included are land and warranty deeds, as well as oil, gas, and mineral leases.

The account book of A. W. De Berry is for his law practice in Carthage, Panola County, Texas, 1871-1873. It lists the names of De Berry's clients, the legal services he provided to them, and the fees De Berry charged for his work.

The material in this collection consists of newspaper articles, oral history interviews, childrens artwork and photographs.

This collection includes the Rotary Ann Club's Yearbooks from the years 1944 to 2004, the Rotary Ann fashion show benefit programs for the years 2000 to 2003, newspaper article clippings pertaining to the club from the Nacogdoches 'Daily Sentinel', the club’s minutes from September 11, 2002- July 7, 2004, constitutions and by-laws of Rotary Ann, letters stating the club was dissolved, and photos from the last luncheon of the club on May 12, 2004.

This collection includes photographs of Mothers’ Club’s activities from the years 1988 to 1993. The collection also includes newspaper articles pertaining to the Mothers’ Club from the Nacogdoches Daily Sentinel between the years of 1988 and 1993

This collection contains copies of deeds and tax receipts for blocks of land in the City of Nacogdoches, Texas.

Founded in 1866 and incorporated in 1893 Center, Texas is the county seat of Shelby County. The register is dated August 18-20, 1966 and is from the Center, Texas Centennial Celebration. It contains approximately 1,100 names.
