Miscellaneous Nacogdoches County Records
The bulk of this collection are Nacogdoches Co. deeds for miscellaneous citizens. There are also land documents, promissory notes, field notes, broadsides for land or fugitives from the law, power of attorney and other probate documents, and entrance certificates. Researchers might find the entrance certificates, which are all from 1835 and in Spanish; and a pair of small broadsides from 1890-1891 for fugitives wanted for murder, of particular interest.
Miscellaneous Nacogdoches County Business Records
This collection consists of store accounts, receipts, drug store orders, several notes and leters, a stock certificate, and some matchbooks. Researchers might find the receipts in Folder 1 useful for identifying early 20th-century Nacogdoches businesses. The letter in Folder 9 about a slave named Jim trying to buy the freedom of himself and his family is also of research interest.
Nacogdoches County Historical Survey Committee, Confederate Veterans Project Collection
The collection includes newspaper clippings about the project; historical articles about the veterans; veteran's service records from the Texas State Archives and National Archives; cemetery records and other notes about veterans; correspondence of or about the veterans; and muster rolls and officer lists for Nacogdoches, Angelina, San Augustine, Rusk, and Galveston Counties.

These papers include the Nacogdoches Rotary Club's programs (Rotary Thunder) for the years 1945-2017. The collection also includes the Rotary Club's directory for the years 1982-1986, the constitution and by-laws of the Rotary Club, both of which were adopted on July 23, 1976.

These volumes, in addition to the minutes of Board meetings, include the Bylaws of the Corporation of Nacogdoches for April, 1851. Also included in volume 2 are the Minutes of the Nacogdoches Lodge of the Independent Order of Good Samaritans and Daughters of Samaria for 1855-1858

The collection consists of original records including memos, correspondence, reports, specifications for a building, materials regarding applications for President of the University, tax receipts, papers relating to Keachi College business, and the Treasurer's Register.

Parmalee and Roeder General Store Journal
The ledger has accounts of customers at the store and includes prices of cigars, crackers, calico, wine and other items. It is bound with Richard Parmalee's District Clerk's fee book (1839-1850).
Planter’s Hotel, Nacogdoches, Texas Daybook
The original daybook contains the names and accounts of hotel guests and Nacogdoches citizens who took meals or lodging there from 1854 to 1858. Also contained in the volume is what appears to be a county record of fees for court cases, 1877-1878. A photocopy of the daybook is also present.
