Enrollment statistics show how many students were enrolled in the different programs on campus. Commencement is made up of commencement programs, announcements, photographs, videos, and covers. The Bulletins consists of a wide range of material. Early years they were university announcements, then moved into the class lists in information for different programs. At one point they also showed highlighted a pictorial review of the campus. Throughout most of the run of the bulletins were the course catalogs for the college; summer sessions, fall and spring, both graduate and undergraduate. The collection has reports to the Board of Regents and reports to the Texas Board of Higher Education. There are also regulations to register for classes and plans for future registration. There are permanent records in this collection which are closed to the public, including grade sheets and grade change forms for SFA students, as well as its Demonstration School and Sub-College.
