The Library Documents Department collection contains the department's monthly and annual reports, memos and policies.

The collection contains a number of different materials dealing with the Student Government.  There are minutes, legislation, member/committee lists, and constitutions.  There are also some correspondence of the Student Government as well as some different publications that the Association created.

This collection covers a number of publications that different student groups and organizations from SFA published over the years.

The collection mostly covers regulations and policies dealing with parking around campus.

This collection is made up of materials dealing with organizations looking to improve the endowment of Stephen F. Austin State University.

This collection contains long range plans for computing at SFA, as well as some newsletters and memos from the department.

This collection covers files on students who were involved with World War II.  It includes correspondence with a number of students getting updated addresses and personnel information cards and lists of students receiving the Pine Log.

This collection is made up of a few different types of files.  There are files dealing with applying for the grant, correspondence that deal with applying for the grant and communications after receiving the grant,  quarterly reports, and files that deal with the volunteers placement and the performances reviews of them.

The collection has many brochures for orientation programs that the office has hosted.  There are some other administrative files in the collection as well.

This collection is made up of correspondence from the department head, Dr. Ralph White, and faculty.

The Vice President of Academic Affairs is broken down into nine series. They cover memos and correspondence, department publications, minutes from numberous department meetings, administration, newsletters, faculty information, budgets, grants and research and library files.

This collection is mostly made up of programs and brochures from different performances by the School of Music and its different ensembles and events that the School has sponsored over the years.

The Faculty Senate collection consists of the numerous amounts of tasks that the Senators and committees endeavored at Stephen F. Austin State University.  Also included are newspaper clippings and details from each meeting held through the Faculty Senate

The Library Acquisitions department collection pertains its gift records, corrsepondence, minutes from departmetn meetings and its accession lsit.

Library Reader Services collection contains annual and monthly reports ranging from 1975-1986

The Library Serials Department collection contains annual statistics and montly reports from the years 1978-1981. It keeps records of serial titles maintained, items checked in, missing issues, binding and theses processed.

The Library Technical Services- Associate Director collection contains the departmetns committee minutes, memos, correspondence, etc. Dating from 1968-1982, the collection provides details of technical services departments.

This collection is made up of memos and correspondence, files dealing with the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) donating materials, and grants that funded the Texas Tides.
