Faculty Senate

Applied Arts and Sciences, College of
This collection is made up of 3 series: administrative, brochures and fliers, and school evaluations.

This collection consists of administrative, legal, and fiscal records related to activities performed by the Office of the Library Director.
University Marketing Communications, Office of
The collection consist of newsletters, campus wide recruitment materials, and video recordings of different events or people associated with campus. The newsletters are The Insider, This Week at SFA, and Faculty Focus.

This collection is limited to a few items dealing with services related to the Physical Plant.
Music, School of
This collection is mostly made up of programs and brochures from different performances by the School of Music and its different ensembles and events that the School has sponsored over the years.
President, Office of the (Boynton)
This collection covers mostly writing and correspondence by Dr. Boynton. The correspondences deal with those outside of SFA and there are communications to the faculty. His writings deal with speeches given at commencements at other universities and appearances.
Library - Research and Instructional Services
This collection consists of administrative materials created in the Reference Department of the Ralph W. Steen Library. Some examples would be pamphlets, bibliographical instuction courses, online classes, committee work, and collection development.
Admissions, Office of
The collection contains many different types of brochures for a number of different types of students from general undergraduates, transfer student, international students, and opportunities for high school students.

The bulk of this collection is made up of proposals for grant funding for research and projects by SFA Faculty and Offices. There are some other Administrative files as well as the newsletters during the various departments prior to ORSP.
