Biographical / Historical
Louisa Spies (1910-1993) graduated from Stephen F. Austin State Teachers College (SFA) in 1933. While attending SFA she was a member of the Inter-Collegiate Press Association, the Karle W. Baker Drama Club and editor for the Stone Fort Yearbook. She married Dewey Osburn Patterson in 1936.
