Biographical / Historical
Elizabeth Brown Ebaugh (1903-1993) was the daughter of John Lemuel Brown and Jewell Brantley Newton Brown. She married Frank Wright Ebaugh in 1930. They moved to Jacksonville, Texas in 1934 where he was the owner and manager of the J. L. Brown Department Store.
