Biographical or Historical Information
The Dean of the College oversaw academic and student affairs during the earlier years of SFA. As SFA grew and transitioned from college to university the responsibilites of the Dean of the College grew and resulted in the formation of the Vice President of Academic Affairs and the Vice President of University Affairs, which took over the Dean's responsibilies.
