Academic Affairs, Provost and Vice President for
The Vice President of Academic Affairs is broken down into nine series. They cover memos and correspondence, department publications, minutes from numberous department meetings, administration, newsletters, faculty information, budgets, grants and research and library files.
Admissions, Office of
The collection contains many different types of brochures for a number of different types of students from general undergraduates, transfer student, international students, and opportunities for high school students.
Applied Arts and Sciences, College of
This collection is made up of 3 series: administrative, brochures and fliers, and school evaluations.

The collection is made up of Board Minutes and Reports to the Board.
Dean of the College
This collection is made up of mostly files from committees and councils that reported to the Dean of the College. There are some reports and a few other miscellaneous materials.

This collection contains employee handbooks, pay scales, and materials on setting up the Optional Retirement Plan (ORP).
Masonic Institutes, San Augustine, Texas Records
Correspondence, bills, term reports, enrollment and attendance records, records of the Board of Trustees, teacher contracts, educational philosophy, and curricula of the two schools
Nacogdoches University Records
The collection consists of original records including memos, correspondence, reports, specifications for a building, materials regarding applications for President of the University, tax receipts, papers relating to Keachi College business, and the Treasurer's Register.
President, Office of the (Bowen)
This collection almost is entirely composed of materials dealing with Dr. Bowen's Inauguration. There are some publications of that Bowen wrote prior to his time at SFASU.
President, Office of the (Boynton)
This collection covers mostly writing and correspondence by Dr. Boynton. The correspondences deal with those outside of SFA and there are communications to the faculty. His writings deal with speeches given at commencements at other universities and appearances.
Ralph Wright Steen Papers
Ralph W. Steen was a historian and former President of Stephen F. Austin State University. His collection includes correspondence, papers pertaining to Steen's work on the formula for state appropriations for higher education, a videocassette recording of the dedication of the Ralph W. Steen Library (1976), and a classroom lecture by Steen (1979).
