Biographical or Historical Information
John A. Tubbe was a farmer in Nacogdoches County. He was born to August and Maria Tubbe in 1865. His father August immigrated to Texas from Prussia in 1855 and arrived in Nacogdoches County in 1856. John married North Carolina Oates in 1888 and had eleven children. John died in 1937.
