This collection has originals and reproductions of early Nacogdoches photographs. The City of Nacogdoches Fire Department minute books contain lists of volunteers, resolutions and activities of the department.

Delbert Teutsch was the former fire chief for Nacogdoches Fire Department. He served in the fire department from 1934 to 1975.

Arrangement
This collection is described in 72 folders and is now housed in nine clamshell boxes. It was originally housed in three legal-size clamshell boxes (Boxes 1-3) and one banker's box (Box 4). The banker's box was overstuffed and subsequently split into six letter-size clamshell boxes (4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6). The original folder-numbering of box 4 remains intact. There is also one oversize bundle. This collection is organized at the folder level.
