Most of the collection centers around the 1951 Army Security Agency ROTC Summer Camp. Vernon was an editor on the pictorial book created to document their expereinces. Many of the photographs have detailed descriptions on the back, including ones that were not added to the book.

Biographical / Historical
Vernon Ray Berry (1931-1893) was the son of Thomas Jefferon Berry (1892-1950) and Sallie Hubbard (1894-1975). Vernon was a part of the Cadet Company at the Fourth Army Security Agency Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) Summer Camp at Fort Devens, Massachusetts in 1951.
