Biographical / Historical
Glenda Hebert Watters was born in 1936 in Dallas, Texas. Her parents, Edmond H. and Louise Rutherford Herbert adopted her at six months old. She lived in Timpson, Texas and eventually attened Stephen F. Austin State University. She married Pat Watters
