Bone Family Papers
The collection consists primarily of correspondence between Dr. Robert Donnell Bone and his wife, Griselda Minerva Burk Bone, documenting family life and Dr. Bone's Civil War service as Assistant Surgeon of the 12th Texas Volunteer Infantry. Also included are letters from family and friends, Douglass, Texas, post office reports, two poems attributed to Dr. Bone, typescript copies of most documents, and a small group of nineteenth-century newspapers.
Charles H. Tindall Family Collection
This is a small collection and consists primarily of photographs and newspaper clippings about the family of Charles H. Tindall. The collection also includes a song book and Dr. Tindall's prescription book.
