Obadiah Johnson Photograph Collection
Orignal and copies of photographs from the Sanctified Quarters in Nacogdoches, Texas. The Sanctified Quarter was an African American neighborhood located on the southeast side of Nacogdoches. By 1980, when University Drive was extended to Loop 224, a majority of the neighborhood was gone. The area was bordered by Shawnee St., Haywood St. and Deveraux St.

Oil Well Photographs Collection
This collection consists of thirty-two 8x10 photographs. The images are thought to be from circa 1960 because of the vintage of the vehicles in several of the photographs. These images may be useful to researchers interested in the engineering, technology and history of oil production.

Orlando T. Hanks Reminiscences
Original handwritten and typescript account of the experiences of Col. B. F. Benton's Company of Hood's Brigade during the Civil War, 1861-1865. Written from memory circa 1914-1915. Includes biographical material on the Hanks family.
Orton Family Papers
The letters and business papers included in the Orton Family Papers concern mostly the Sidney Maury Orton family. In addition, many letters concern the Mt. Enterprise Male and Female Academy, where Sidney and Louisa's children attended school. Many of the letters in the collection have typed transcripts.
Ottis E. Lock Papers
Material in this collection mainly consists of correspondence during his time as a state Congressman and Senator. There is also some personal correspondence during and after his time in political office.
Owens-Stephens Family Papers
This collection consists entirely of photocopies of the day books of William E. Stephens and letters, diaries, tax receipts, and other documents relating to Alice Stephens Owens. The diaries record family events, the weather, vacation trips, and daily activities.

Parker Family Collection
The bulk of the collection is about Tom Parker and his daughter Nancy Parker. There are two interesting items from World War I in the collection: Tom Parker's identification tags and a pair of scissors he carried through the war in his first aid kit.
Parks Family Collection
The collection consists of newspaper clippings from the late 1800s to the early 1900s as well as family photographs.

The ledger has accounts of customers at the store and includes prices of cigars, crackers, calico, wine and other items. It is bound with Richard Parmalee's District Clerk's fee book (1839-1850).
