Calvin W. Hines Collection
Calvin W. Hines was a professor of history at Stephen F. Austin State University. Mr. Hines did research on Elihu B. Washburn and the Franco-Prussian War. He has donated his research so that others who may be doing research on the subject would have one place to look through many documents. Most of the documents in the collection are photocopies.
Charles Lee Hill Papers
This collection includes photographs, conductor's scores of musical compositions, newspaper clippings, concert programs and publicity, ads for sheet music and sound recordings, correspondence, World War II Army post newspapers, Hill's writings on Army life, musical theory of jazz and swing, and music education.
Computing and Communications Services
This collection contains long range plans for computing at SFA, as well as some newsletters and memos from the department.
Counseling and Career Services (UA.073)
This collection is limited to alumni career placement statistics and some fliers for post-graduation orientation sponsored by the office.

Dan Beaty Collection
Music compositions and lecture notes from his teaching career at Stephen F. Austin State University. Alss included is his thesis dissertation, class notes, and assignments.

This collection is made up of mostly files from committees and councils that reported to the Dean of the College. There are some reports and a few other miscellaneous materials.
Delta Psi Kappa, Alpha Chi Chapter
This collection contains information on members and pledges. There are also material on the rules and by-laws for the organization. The collection also contains Delta Psi Kappa’s two official publications, The Foil and Psi Kap Shield Newsletter.

This collection consists of correspondence with publishers, biographical material, reviews, newspaper clippings, and galley proofs relating to Gaston's books: The Early Novel of the Southwest (1961), Conrad Richter (1965), and Eugene Manlove Rhodes: Cowboy Chronicler (1967).

This collection only has 2 folders dealing with brochure for the office and brochures for statement of expenses.
Fine Arts, College of
The majority of the collection is composed of programs/pamphlets for the series that were hosted by the College of Fine Arts. Also included in the collection are calendar of events, announcements, advertisements, articles, and a video history.
Forestry and Agriculture, Arthur Temple College of
Graduate School
The majority of this collection is made up of files and Self Studies for the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) to meet accreditation requirements. There are also files on the development of the doctoral programs at the university, and minutes for the Graduate Council and the Research Council.
Guidance and Counseling
The bulk of this collection is made up of materials for new student orientation. There are also some materials on conferences and a variety of brochures, fliers and booklets.

The scrapbook has color photos of club activities, including concerts, parties, camps, and social events.
