Minutes, memos, fliers, and miscellaneous other items relating to both men's faculty clubs.
Mildred Hancock Library Scrapbook Collection
The Mildred Hancock Library Scrapbooks contain pictures and information about the Ralph W. Steen Library located on the SFASU campus. The scrapbooks date from the 1980s and 1990s and have pictures from library functions to the construction work performed in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
Mildred Wyatt Collection
Ms. Mildred Wyatt's library career at Stephen F. Austin State University spanned four decades (1930-1971). This collection contains personal and some professional material.
Military Science, Department of
This collection is mostly composed of booklets that deal with ROTC Program.
Music, School of
This collection is mostly made up of programs and brochures from different performances by the School of Music and its different ensembles and events that the School has sponsored over the years.
Office Administration, Department of
This collection is made up of correspondence from the department head, Dr. Ralph White, and faculty.
Office of Research and Sponsored Programs
The bulk of this collection is made up of proposals for grant funding for research and projects by SFA Faculty and Offices. There are some other Administrative files as well as the newsletters during the various departments prior to ORSP.
Physical Plant
This collection is limited to a few items dealing with services related to the Physical Plant.
President, Office of the (Bowen)
This collection almost is entirely composed of materials dealing with Dr. Bowen's Inauguration. There are some publications of that Bowen wrote prior to his time at SFASU.
President, Office of the (Boynton)
This collection covers mostly writing and correspondence by Dr. Boynton. The correspondences deal with those outside of SFA and there are communications to the faculty. His writings deal with speeches given at commencements at other universities and appearances.
Public Relations Committee
This collection covers files on students who were involved with World War II. It includes correspondence with a number of students getting updated addresses and personnel information cards and lists of students receiving the Pine Log.
Ralph Wright Steen Papers
Ralph W. Steen was a historian and former President of Stephen F. Austin State University. His collection includes correspondence, papers pertaining to Steen's work on the formula for state appropriations for higher education, a videocassette recording of the dedication of the Ralph W. Steen Library (1976), and a classroom lecture by Steen (1979).
Repertory Dance Company
Residence Life
This collection contains materials that lay out the rules, regulations and guidelines for living in university housing over a number of years. There is also material on different events held by the Residence Hall Association. The collection also contains a number of scrapbooks from Gibbs Hall.
Student Development, Office of
This collection consists of student handbooks, office newsletters/publications, and some materials on different organizations at SFA. Many of the organizations have announcements or invitations, constitutions and some of the fraternities and sororities have rush booklets.
Student Government Association
The collection contains a number of different materials dealing with the Student Government. There are minutes, legislation, member/committee lists, and constitutions. There are also some correspondence of the Student Government as well as some different publications that the Association created.
Student Publications
This collection covers a number of publications that different student groups and organizations from SFA published over the years.
Technical Assistance Center
This collection covers many of the grant proposals written to get Federal funding as well as a few of the projects and programs that the Center sponsored/provided.
Theatre, School of
This collection is made up of correspondence dealing with the department, auditorium usage, and playbills for a number of performances the school put on.
